• Live representation of documentary theater, Les saumons de la Mitis, written and directed by Christine Beaulieu. With Christine Beaulieu and Alice Pascual, in the role of Elsie Reford
• 4-course dinner with wine pairing, on the terrace at the back of Villa Estevan, prepared by the chef of Les Jardins de Métis, Frédérick Boucher, punctuated by songs with Alice Pascual and pianist Yves Morin
