A tree-planting event featuring 100 trees will take place at the Jardins de Métis on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., in celebration of National Tree Day and to mark the 100th anniversary of the start of their creation by Elsie Reford.

There are two ways to participate:

Purchase one or more trees for $100 each and receive a tax-deductible receipt.
